I am aware that I'm asking the Essential questions, BUT it helps me a lot when I ask them:)
Well, these seem to be designed for a CNM...did you get in touch with her? Call if you didn't. I like 9, but I think 10 will be hospital if the CNM works in the hospital and a CPM would say center.
